Nicholas holds a diploma in Philosophy and Human Resource Management from Lumen Christi College in Arusha, Tanzania and Baccalaureate in Theological Studies from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He is open minded, hardworking and with vast experience and skills necessary in working with the department of  Student Affairs.

He is the Admin in the Alumni Office in UoEm. The office is instrumental in creating and fostering a relational link with graduates for effective cohesion and University Community building
