Short Biography

Phyllis Muturi, PhD is a lecturer and also serves as the Deputy Dean of Students in the Department of Student affairs where she offers support to students. She was appointed for this position in September 2018. Previously she served as the School of Agriculture Examinations Coordinator. Her work focuses on developing strategies to facilitate social, academic and spiritual development of students and she is a great mentor to many. Phyllis holds a BSc. In Agriculture, MSc. Crop protection (both from University of Nairobi) and a PhD in Plant Breeding and Biotechnology from Makerere University, Uganda.
